Niche, as it serves just the Caribbean, but that's ok. If something along the lines of n/o/w v/a/c/a/t/i/o/n, I'd see it lower thousands. For yours (Caribbean), low / mid hundreds, to the right buyer. IMO

thank you , i think the same , it's a niche domain , but that is about a large place very turistic and other.
