Yep, different people see different values of the domains.
I think instead of arguing, what we should do is to say out our comments and opinions. It's nothing wrong that one person says it's XXX while another says it's XX. It just depends whether the domain is of value to you.

IMO, low XXX for end user.
for me, it's low-mid xx.

Okie, thanks ... but again, no one is "wrong" when appraising here, as they are all opinions IMHO. The eventual selling price is what an eventual Buyer is willing to pay ... and in this case, at that pricing level above, it looks to be of End user interest, in my view. That makes the case even further that there is no "wrong" answer here when appraising, as the default appraisal, and rightly so - on a Domain reselling board - would be at the Wholesale/Reseller level. :gl:

Someone bidding $160 for the domain doesn't mean that we appraised wrong
Who knows, maybe that person has a Company called "1111 networks", or the domain has a very special meaning to him, and he's willing to buy it at a high price?

There'll never be "accurate" apprasials in this industry, we can only make the best guess
