Well, I think it's quite catchy, however undeveloped I don't think it would have much worth. I would say reg fee-low $xx.

But it does have definite potential :)

As with a lot of proxy names, it is worth regfee undeveloped, but with a very easy and quick developement, low xxx$

I think it is a great domain name for a proxy website and would say mid $XX undeveloped. I'd definitely recommend that you just purchase a cheap template and get a free proxy script, and it will up the base price very quickly.

it can be a very nice proxy directory and forum related to proxy scripts etc.

Undeveloped

resale value - reg fee
end-user - low xx

Developed

resale value - mid - high xx
end-user - low xxx

good luck

The name has a nice ring to it, although it's a bit long. True value of this would only be in development. Undeveloped, I'd say reg fee to low $xx.

I agree with smub above. I do not believe the domain is worth much more than regfee to a reseller. However, if you are to get a site up and running (including adsense), you could easily be looking at a nice $250-750 sale to an enduser.

I think the name is catchy and brandable. On the down side, it is a bit long and may lend itself to some typos when people try to type the whole address in.
