From Wikipedia:
"Paid To Click is an online business model that draws online traffic from people aiming to earn money from home. Paid-To-Click, or simply PTC websites, act as middlemen between advertisers and consumers; the advertiser pays for displaying ads on the PTC website, and a part of this payment goes to the viewer when he views the advertisement.
In addition, most PTC sites offer a commission to its members for signing up new members (similar to many affiliate marketing programs online), or they may pay members a percentage of the clicks that their referrals make as an ongoing commission."
As the base model of these websites is deemed to fail, and after lengthy experiments to maintain the website alive with the purpose it was first intended to, the site was finally converted into an "ads-only" website, with no option for its members to redeem their earnings to real money. That, obviously, lead to a massive exit from our daily active members.
10Bux.net was, in middle 2008, among the top-3000 in Alexa rankings, having over 100,000 unique visitors on a daily basis.
"BUX" Is also the official index of blue-chip shares listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange (Hungary), if you're interested in using the domain for other activities.
The buyer will keep the website, its databases and, especially, the 544k e-mail addresses that were used for registration, where almost all are opted-in for any type of contact. That includes not only those who just registered to make a few cents, but also those who invested several hundreds of dollars in our website for the purchase of advertising and/or referrals and/or paid membership upgrades. These purchases (mostly via PayPal, but also via Payza) are averaging around $100 per month at the moment and we have recently added Popcash popunder ads, with no profits yet to declare.
There are no outstanding payments to be done to members because, since 2009, the website is an "ads-only" paid-to-click website, where member's balances can only be converted into advertising and not withdrawn. You can keep the list and domain, converting the website into any other thing you want to.
This website is best suited to an E-MAIL MARKETER who can take advantage of the huge list of opted-in people who, by becoming members of this website, are obviously interested in making money online. I've never gotten into e-mail marketing, so I guess it's time to sell the website to someone who can take more advantage of it. Here's the top-5 countries by number of registered members:
At the moment analytics show around 300 uniques and 4000 pageviews per day now. Unfortunately I only added Analytics on November 2008, way after the website's peak, when it only had around 10,000 uniques and 60,000 pageviews per day. You can have an idea of the traffic this website had by looking at the amount of snapshots it has on the Wayback Machine. Send me a private message if you want me to add you to Analytics.

Facebook page has over 3500 likes and I haven't posted anything at all for a while. It can be included in sale, if the buyer wants to.
Another similar sites owned by me, Bux.gs and B-U-X.net were sold for $500 and $900 some time ago. 10bux.net has 7 times the number of members of Bux.gs and 4 times the amount of members of B-U-X.net, also having a bigger percentage of English-speaking audience, especially from the United States.
bux.gs - 83,000 members - sold for $500
b-u-x.net - 140,000 members - sold for $900
10bux.net - 544,000 members - accepting offers! BIN: $3500 (PayPal)
