DN usually goes for domain name.
I don't think any domain name investor would be willing to buy these unless to list their entire portfolio on a website.
For that reason, I'd have to say reg fee for these according to me.

Look at the keywords along with them and you would know the difference.
I checked these before appraising. The keywords in these makes sense with respect to the DN term.
