Turning Auto Renew Off at 1and1 Nightmare
I recently made the mistake of getting involved with 1&1 by transferring 23 domains to them. Everybody knows their scam billing practices so I thought turn off auto-renew and everything would be fine. When I requested turning off Auto Renew, they put my domains into a "Pending cancellation"...- Jackie
