maybe follow some of the topic's they have on this one:

or.. even email those folks.. and see if they would like to purchase your .com

Although i respect your opinion, i think you should consider the fact that most people do infact talk about a home they are going to buy befor they actually do. It could be a forum where realtors get on to talk about the open market, or even complete sales... etc etc etc...

just something to think about... i appriciate your opinion however

I have nothing with this domain, sounds cool to,. But...
Now lets talk about my home. If i show u a picture will u be abble to tell me the color of the windows or what.

Maybe i dont understant english well and maybe i am stupid or crazy but this is my opinion. Please dont take it the hard way :loveyou:

IMHO, i dont really understand what your logic is...

what does the domain have to do with the color of windows? you are catagorizing talkhomes to one certain thing...and that is talking about your own home? it could be filled with endless possibilities.... talkhomes.com could even be stretched as far as maybe a phone service? haha...im not trying to change your mind... im just trying to get a little more logic out of your opinion. when someone wants to buy a house... some will say..."ok... lets talk homes...shall we?"

im just trying to spit out ideas to try to get a better idea of what this domain is actually worth... appraisals are still very much welcome
