Jeet is a friend of mine and we have cleared this up before 1 month with Mark who is a moderator here. Jeet is the member who refered me here.

im not him but there are loads of reasons why he could have the same ip, could be in a school or something he goes on or the internet cafe where other people go. also it could be they live in the same area with the same isp. Dont just assume . .
