Age of site: 10 months

Monthly revenue: $300 adsense , approx $50 through CPA offers and gamehouse.
this site has nearly 1000 registered members also has a forum.
Is hosted on a $10 / month plan so the rest is profit.
Site also comes with http://www.rcade.net PR 5
which is only a month or so old . havnt really had a chance to do much with it except add the gamehouse downloads which have made a few bucks and a little adsense. Have set up the online flash games system there but havnt added many games there yet. this can be viewed at http://rcade.net/arcade/activity.php , will add alot more games and get it totally ready depending on interest etc. This may as well go with kiwiarcade because I link the free downloads to there now.
I am only looking to sell this site because I am travelling overseas shortly and its become obvious to me that i might not be able to look after the hosting of the site etc. My host at present has been down numerous times over the past month, sometimes for a whole day and a few times my site has been unable to connect to a database etc, and its taken numerous emails etc to get it back up and running, where as when im gone I wont be able to be checking on the site while im travelling so it could probably just remain down for weeks before I was able to sort it out.
Therefore im looking to put it in the hands of someone who can host it properly , perhaps give it a new design and watch it grow.
