[EDIT]Original post removed.
To sum it up in a nutshell, there were problems with duskdawn's PayPal payment for Bizcuss.com, but as a token of good faith he has pushed the domain Bizcuss.com back into my GoDaddy account, where I will reserve the domain for him until I can access (i.e. 'use') the received PayPal payment, after which I will push the domain back to him.[/EDIT]

I am sorry to hear that. I encountered the similar problem too. Paypal sent me an email said my account was limited since someone was trying to charge from my card. They ask me to go to their page to resolve the problem before I can use my account again. They even didn't tell me what exactly going on and made me such a trouble. I have to confirm 3 steps which will take 5-7 days.
I don't receive the money back either. I think it is still in your account although you cannot withdraw it. I am terribly sorry about that. I will keep contact with you on this issue. My email is [email protected] and you have my phone number.
The customer service phone is a personal phone asking me leaving messages???
