Friendly FYI
CCC.com are selling for 5 and 6 figures. I think your budget is too low for even users wanting quick sales.

I presume this why you have had no replies.

His budget is all right, according to the title he is looking for 3-character .coms not 3-consonant .coms

Usually, "C" = Constant; "L" = Letter (Constant or vowel)
Besides that, I don't think it matters much when we're down to 3 character .coms (apart from mixing L and N), price is 5 figures.

I only mentioned it for the sake of the OP, hence "Friendly FYI", and because a week has passed by without any messages.

3 character to me means stuff like:
a-a
a-1
a1a
1a1
etal
a-a
a-1
a1a
1a1
etal

The OP has requested domains like p3v.com, pq1.com,... i.e. 3-character domains (CCC) as he specifies in the title. I understand your confusion as CCC can also mean 3-consonant.
