I wouldn't devolop this name with anything to do with windows or mac, it would be asking for trouble.
Typos like this are unethical to say the least, a true cybersquatters domain.
Reg Fee IMO.

You can't develop it as you planned for the reason exsedo mentioned. Furthermore, you're typosquatting on the tm of a huge company with a team of excellent lawyers which hates squatters with a passion and has a history of very aggressively pursuing those who infringe on theirmarks.

I see this name bringing you nothing but trouble. Since this is the appraisal section, I'd appraise it at $0 to -$100,000. That's negative $100K, because it could potentially wind up costing you that much or more if the folks in question take you to court over it.

Sorry, this one's a liability, not an asset.

Given the way it is used, it's a hot potato for sure :imho:

I've made the mistake and so have other domainers don't feel bad, but I would get rid of the domain soon or think of a way to use it in a totally different way than computer/software related.

mosilager - as you see in your attached file all domains are with word including "windows". I don't thing that the word "widnows" have any copyrights. Second, you can't copyright the letters. That's mean that all those domains including the letters "w", "i"....."s" should be illegal?

getchaname - i agree with you, i'll find better way to use that domain.

You say in your original post that the domain has good traffic. Where is the traffic going to, a parking page with ads for windows ?

Also you have demonstrated bad faith by stating that it is a typo of windows, and this thread will already be indexed in g00gle.

Cybersquatting is Cybersquatting no matter how many excuses you make for it

It may cause TM issue.

I would instead use this domain as a typo for Widows... Like have a forum for grieving widows....that way, there is no TM issue...

Yes I agree, the "word" windows is not copyrighted, but your original post stated that you wanted to use this typo for a mac/windows forum, most traffic for this site would be from folks searching for microsoft windows, I don't see much traffic from people searching for say jelden windows coming to your forum.

I'm not trying to be smart here, just trying to help ya, that's all!:tu:
