Ive sold a few .cc on flippa and had one sell on GoDaddy for $XXXX so definatly possible for it to sell. Either list on flippa with no reserve and risk it selling for 6 bucks or list on godaddy for 500 and wait and see.

if this name have good alexa ranking and backlinks...
i would suggest to go to flippa with reserve of 1000 USD
if reserve not met then send every watcher negotiation offer...
still no???
then park it in undeveloped with price tag 1k usd ... or Make offer
