There could obviously be trademark issues, but the show uses the .tv extension for their official website. They did for the first season and someone had registered: TheUltimateFighter.com and they still own it...so they either didn't notice or didn't care...

In case you didn't know, TheUltimateFighter was a huge success for SpikeTV as a reality show about UFC MMA style fighting. It drew the highest rating ever for Sprike TV...The second season is due up soon.

Anyway... appraise.

...I'm parking it at sedo for now...once the second season starts I know I'll get quite a bit of traffic. If I don't get a good offer I'll probably put up a forum because I like the show anyways!

Def trademark issues

low $XX without developing

a fan site forum should not cause trademark issues so this may work as long as done with good faith
