I'd say low $$. I mean it's two different words, words that don't have anything in common, put together.
My suggestion: Develop it, then maybe, if successful, you could sell it for a higher price. Or continue earning revenue through template sales and/or advertisments.

theres quite a few free template websites around.... just give yourself a bit of time to search and you'll find them

all the templatemonster affilate sites look a hell of a lot alike, i cant imagen it would take you too long to set up one of them. looks like ither everyone has chosen the same design or they provide allmost everything for it.

brand-able.. appealing... souds cool.. it worth to spend some time to dev it fist as a free temp site... attract some traffic... get some sponsors... nice name IMO
