Many of those domains have a myriad of takers, established AI/SI businesses who would "gladly" pay $20k-$30k for brand protection (or to finally get a clean keyword.extension domain) but are hesitant with Booth's normal and current aftermarket prices. Why he decided to dump those domains on X instead of lowering Atom prices to more attractive levels is quite mind-boggling. Of course it is none of my business, could be anxiety over the midterms for all I know, like a bird fleeing before a natural disaster.

Not everyone has to believe in .SI. Some choose to sell, others choose to buy.


Based on my research and conversations with other domain investors, I believe SI (Superintelligence) will become a widely recognized term over the next few years. The AI revolution started years ago, and superintelligence is its ultimate destination.


Opinions differ, and nobody has the absolute truth. But I strongly believe that those who see the long-term potential shouldn’t sell their domains cheaply, as some are doing now.


If you can afford the financial risk and have patience, I believe the long-term rewards could be significant. If not, you sell, move on, and that’s perfectly fine.


Time will tell who’s right.

This is something I am also worrying, only with regard to the term Superintelligence. But as long as Trump stays President, a new majority in Congress couldn´t change the wording - or could they?

Even if there is a change to the strict "AI word users are the enemy" policy, I also see the term SI established.

He's probably trying to destroy public perceived value of .si domains, while making some money doing so (he probably hasn't sold any below purchase cost). He's much more interested in protecting his .ai portfolio than making money with the .si domains he managed to grab.

ahh! thing is that one of Aphabet former president and co-founder of google Sergey brin was there, he got the first trump medal and now their ceo sticking with ai, that's gonna change over time. its only been what like a month. And si already gained attention and value in market. Due to midterm trump might be busy. He is gonna replace ai with si entirely.
