Thanks to @Lox we now know, that Microsoft owns the domain copilot .si

SI, clearly, stands for Super Intelligence in this case.

Do you own any .si domains?

I'll start with the one I have;

Roboter .si

How about you?

How do you find all this projects? 😂
Easy way to find them is to google
site:si "type your keyword here", for example
👉 site:si "Intelligence"

The first wave of .si is over.

Domain investors showed up. Startups and end users? Not so much.

It’s still early, but unless real-world adoption accelerates, I expect wholesale prices to begin a gradual decline.

Speculation fueled wave one. Adoption will have to fuel wave two.

Things will come back soon enough with much higher sales than before. It’s normal, we have all seen it with all hot TLDs.

It's been what, one month, since the Pres changed the name? And he's already concerned startups and businesses didn't plow into .si?

I'm quite impressed with the list(s) @subjot reports here from time to time showing builders choosing .si. In just one month I feel there are a decent amount.

None of this means success or failure, but I surely am not ready to make any prescient calls about the future.

I agree, it’s just getting started. We’ll see more real companies and websites using SI weekly. The term sounded so strange the first couple of weeks. Now it doesn’t.

.si is growing, no doubt. But most buyers are big investors paying for ultra-premium keywords, while small and medium-sized investors are stuck. Even decent names are getting low or no bids.

Big investors should appreciate the premium names in the mid-tier, too. If medium-sized…

Sam Altman:

"as far as i'm concerned, we have superintelligence now, and i didn't think it was going to happen this fast."

yet most won't let claude code run one night. mine does.

who's wrong? setup below:

I’ve stated on several occasions, here on NP and on X, most people believe Superintelligence is still a distant prospect because they assume that the most advanced AI / SI systems are those currently available to the public. Few seem to consider the possibility that major tech companies and certain governments may already have intelligent systems 1000 or even 1,000,000 times more powerful than anything accessible to the rest of us, systems that may never be released to the public. Personally, I have absolutely no doubt that superintelligence already exists.

While these are not necessarily a bad batch of domains, I fail to see this list being particularly bragworthy.

Agree or disagree?

Rick's FIRST EVER MOCK AUCTION.

10 names from the small portfolio I’ve assembled in less than 30 days:

1.Cleopatra .si
2.Michelangelo .si
3.Casanova .si
4.DonJuan .si
5.Valentino .si
6.Biometrics .si
7.Streamers .si
8.Deductive .si
9.Collections .si
10.Introductions .si

For…

For EACH domain, give me TWO prices:

What would YOU pay for it as a domain investor, using your own money?

If you owned it, what would YOU ask an end user to pay?

What would you BUY it for?
What would you SELL it for?

And don’t be a wise guy! 🚫
Give it some thought.

If you post to disrupt, consider it your last. 🚫

This is an exercise only. Nothing is being sold. No binding bids. No auction winner.

The point is to show what someone can assemble in less than 30 days in the domain industry when they know what they’re looking for.

These 10 names are a sample of that portfolio.

If I had to start all over again, with only the small portfolio I’ve put together in the last 30 days, I believe I’d be just fine.

I’d still need patience, a plan & execution. But I’d have something to work with.

The experience, judgment & eye that built my original portfolio would come with me.

So, let’s see your numbers.

If you send one of those to the Professional Appraisal section of NamePros, I could set some time aside to dig into it. That section is not indexed by search engines. The ones I do there are very analytical with a lean into potential business development and revenue projections.

Funny, I sold none 2 weeks ago and last week I sold 3 for over $15,000 net and had multiple 4 figure offers including a starting $5,000 offer on Atom I haven't even replied to yet.

Not my experience at all, demand has been growing for me!
