I parked this domain at Sedo 5 days ago, got 11 uniques and 4 clicks, it's actually my first domain to earn clicks so now I'm having second thoughts on selling it.

I think so too, wait a few weeks and see how much you make an average work out how much you would get in a year at that rate and if its more then what hes offering you keep the domain since yyou are making a bigger profit, but waiting too long could also put off the buyer in which case isnt any good if the clicks you get arent worth it so play it safe
