I own NBA2k6.com -- which is the name of the #1 rated NBA video game for xbox and ps2.. No abverations this is the actual name.. NBA2k6 will also be releasing on lanch night of XBOX360-- here is the offical website of NBA2k6 currently and is a subsite of 2ksports-- the maker of 2k6--- http://2ksports.com/games/nba2k6/

What do you think this name is worth and could be sold to "Joe" for or how much will 2ksports pay for this?

MCDomains · Oct 27, 2005

TM issues I assume.

scrsteven · Oct 27, 2005

TM issues surely, but I bet you could get mid XXX from 2ksports for the name since it's not worth suing for that much.

Sergio965 · Oct 27, 2005

I assure you TM issues come with this domain. I propose you sell to 2ksports.

dgridley · Oct 27, 2005

2ksports could easily just take the name if they wanted.. as already said, TM issues, sorry.

We shall see

RogueWriter · Oct 27, 2005

Not a lawyer, but I'd guess TM issues from the NBA rather than the gamemaker, itself, since conceivably you regged the name before they announced their game's name, which might give you squirmage.

This game has been around for years... Every year its NBA2k-- NBA2k2-Nba2k3-ETC
