Web design guru's: Is there a way I can set my website up so that when a gallery thumbnail is selected (larger image linked to it) I have control over the look of the window that opens with the linked image. The minimum that I hope to achieve is controlling the color of the background or have it automatically size according to the image. The best would be if I could set up something to give some information about the image, without writing a htm page for each image. Is there a way to do this, if by an extension for Dreamweaver please provide name and if you have it, location. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply!

Mike thanks for the reply. Quick question since I am not a webpage developer, is this javascript what controls the opening windows display?
</script>

<script language="javascript">
function newWin(oUrl) {
window.open(oUrl,'name','width=500,height=500,resizable=no,scrollbars=no,menu=no,status=no');
}
</script>

It seems obvious (however, I don't necessarily think I know what I am doing), and if this is it, it appears that their are some options that can be adjusted. Thanks again for the reply!

Well, if you are working with PHP there's a way to do this all on the fly, depending on the dimensions of the photo.

There is probably a Javascript version of that as well that is similar.
