Why don't you try parking it and see if it makes revenue. That would definitely up the appraisel value.

thanks guys a lot of valuable information. I have received offers here on NPs int eh $50-120 range and have also had many respected members tell me I could probably get mid $xxx to low $xxxx for it. so I'm confused I've never had a name where there has been such a wide range of appraisals. Keep them coming and maybe I'll just take the avg.

Nice name, i cant tell anything about the alexa traffic, as it all comes down whether its valuable or not, if it actually makes revenue as well. About the domain itself, i wouldnt sell it for less than 300$, and you can expect more in a few months time imho.

thats seems to be the rank for plaza.iae.nl Alexa rank fenp.com

when checking the traffic rank for plaza.iae.nl it shows the same rank too
