Since I am not from the UK, it's kind of hard to appraise a domain that looks like it has something to do with the city of Dublin, Ireland, but if there is such a thing like dublin market (could be a flea market or something), then I would assume that it is worth around $XXXX, if not, then I would say low $XX to $XXX.

Its not that bad a name, there are a few markets in dublin. There aren't many searches on it though.
I would say up to mid $xx to a reseller (if you can find one who wants to buy this). To an end user you might get low to mid $xxx (tough one to give an accurate appraisal.)

I actually like these generic, coherent 2 word geo/financial names and have hand registered a few myself.
Despite the fact that this name makes sense any value over about mid-XX would require development or hardwork finding the right enduser (who probably does not yet know they need this name
