I think this is pretty good, lots of potential end users from the quick scan I did.

High $xxx to low $xxxx if you do some decent outbound marketing around it and get it in front of the right people/ get the right people on an auction.

I agree with @Dan Beck and like your name a lot @Neal Grayson.The .io remains hot for startups, and the derma fits perfectly for skin care, medical treatments, health, spa equipment, etc. As a speakable, short, memorable word I am sure it has many other potential applications too. According to Namebio the exact word has only sold in .eu (somewhat surprisingly) for a bit over $1200, but I see on GoValue that the .net of it also sold, but just for $320. GoValue suggest a bit over $3700 for your domain name. It might be hard to get quite that, but I would try for low $$$$. Best of luck with it!
