I am sceptical about this name. It looks OK from the first glance, but the truth is it's hard to see the end user here. Defineteley you have a shot with yerevean-city.am ad @abstractdomainer suggested, but apart from this I hardly can see buyers there. Some governmental organisation will go for .am or .org
I like more travel content in conjunction with city names: GoYerevan, TravelYerevan etc - that is interesting for the whole inbound travel sector, but also for the government under certain circumstances.
Best case you'll get a couple hundreds of $ if you are very lucky.

If that existing entity is interested, I would say offers accepted ...or other entity that runs under "yerevan city"
If there is no interest from a specific entity of scale running under "yerevan city", I think I am in agreement with @VadimK Iberica ...tricky
