It's more of a review site name. If you want to sell it, I see it as a mid to high xxx domain. Instead of a BIN price only on Sedo, use the option for accepting offers besides the BIN.

Because I would never name any of my ventures 'choosinglaptop'. Amateur material. Virgin Media blocks that web address, warning me of viruses and fraud.

There is not a single thing amateur about naming a domain, it depends on the context. In this case, it's choosing a laptop that makes sense.
The appraisal should be based on the composition of the words, the readability of the domain, and the top of mind which means can it stick to it and is easy to remember. Then you can do an SEO analysis of the words used.

I would recommend to develop this niche and sell as a website. You can go for laptop comparison site or blog and put some affiliate links from amazon or any other affiliate programs. Thanks.
