Any Free PHP Script That Does This?

I'm looking for a (preferably) free PHP script that does what this one does:

Basically I need one that lets me input custom fields, the data gets entered and
updated into an excel sheet (likely csv), and the data can be exported anytime
as a csv/excel file.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

That is a REALLY complex program and nobody is going to do it without a cost.

I actually found some. So far none of those I saw has an export-as-csv thing.

It's for a friend of mine who's looking for some kind of "issue manager" to log
entries every hour or so, and it keeps updating the online database (via an
excel sheet or something).

I figured I oughta get my feet wet some more on this thing. But my friend will
want to be able to do something like "click here" to export the data as a csv
file just like that.

I made a script that does something similar. I used it to make a list of textbooks I was selling with the ability to edit the isbn, title, author, edition, price and availability of the book. I'll pm you the details.
