Afternic parking page shows blank

Hi all,

i am using NS1.Afternic.com and NS2...
When i am activated the cash parking lander, the page shown is just blank. to make sure it is a cache issue, i even used online web site shot services service and the result was same.
any idea why?

Thank you. i think i better contact afternic as the problem still seems not resolved after following the suggestions.
