hard to see that it's 9/11/2001, looks like a bunch of random #'s at first. I would say low to mid $xx after you develop it into a site about 9/11

I have to say it was not obvious for me either to guess the meaning of the name.
If the names doesn't say it all at the first glance it's not that good. Would appraise at no more than mid $$.

Eventually, I think the 9/11 interest will wane to a large degree.. your domain $$ IMO could be better spent. reg fee - low xx, as is, undeveloped.
