Unfortunately the .ski and .ooo TLDs aren't that popular so won't have a high resell value right now. You'll likely need to hold them for a few years before they offer a decent return.

Insurance.ski is very nice (i doubt it will sell on it is own)
do your research on insurance providers for skiing and start doing outbound to their head of marketing use linkedin
