Thanks for the advice, I just started with the niche.

I would like to share my experience:

• If you’re investing in a particular niche, you can really understand that niche in detail.
• you will realise which keywords are more in demand.
• You can go deep down to explore that particular niche and find some interesting things. Interesting sales history, etc.
• You will start understanding your target audience.

Bought few. Have started outbound. Had no sales yet, but hope to have soon...

sticking to a one or two niche is a good idea. You may need to have proper keywords in place. Like homes, home, house, houses, construction, constructions, build, builder, builders, realestate, property, properties, etc.
