question How to price EMDs with good searches?

Found two easy to pronounce EMDs with search volumes over 50k+ and 67k+ and CPCs being $1.51 and $2.07 something. These are good for respective businesses as well as domain investors. .Coms are available.

How to price these? BIN or Make offer?

What are your OWN experiences with high search EMDs?

If they are available to hand register they probably aren't worth much.
