The domain industry is a high-churn profession and industry consisting of a motley crew of individuals with varied personal and professional experiences.

My latest podcast guest is no exception to the rule in all of the best ways and thoughts.

From swinging tennis rackets to eventually flipping smartphones as source of income as a student athlete, Josh Reason ( @Josh R ) has always had entrepreneurial eye, heart, and passion for high-impact sales in high-growth environments.

Tune into this engaging, entertaining, and insightful discussion as Josh and I candidly share thoughts about domain advocacy, domain liquidation, and the present and future states of the domain industry... and more!

thanks for this...! i also recently got into flipping real-world items. It's definitely a different ball game where you would rather go for turnover rather than best price. In domaining you have to turn down offers to survive and get that x,xxx. In real world flipping, as long as it's way above your buy, then it's good.
