Imo when developed it can be a domain sales site etc.

It's not a bad name but you have chosen a "bad" target market to sell to. Because it's a "domainers" name - the scope of sales prospects are limited. AND domainers typically wont pay you retail or anywhere near it.
So technically it's prob in 1K ish area but practically, the chances of a sales at that prices are low.

Agreed. Domainers just want resale prices, don't see it going for too much other than maybe low $xxxx
