Hello
@SAGAR BAHADUR DHAKAL .. and welcome to NamePros!
Unfortunately most of your domains are not premium. The biggest mistake of newcomers is adding "S" to valuable domains and assume they will still have value. It's only true in a rare number of exceptional cases unfortunately .. and generally in those cases, the domains are already taken long ago.
the exact same thing it true when it comes to ngTLD's .. in the end there simply isn't that much demand for them. Yes a small number of single words do sell sometimes in some ngTLDs, but when you add an "s", then you're really getting away from what people want on 2 levels ("S" + ngTLD). Maybe there will be a bit more demand in 5-10 years .. but you have to ask yourself if it's worth paying 5-10 years in expensive renewals just for a small chance? To me the answer is a very big NO! If you have a lot of money to invest and don't mind waiting a very long time for a big risk, then maybe, but if you're like most of us, then I'd say no.
Good luck to you going forward!
Dear ategy.com
Thanks for your honest and heartbreaking comment. I really appreciate you finding time to analyze my domains and providing sincere views. I almost agree. The first thought when I did impulse buy of the ngtld domains was with a thought to hold on for at least 5 years.
Meanwhile I have been a webmaster for a decade now so have some premium domains for some industry in my country. Take ghorepanipoonhill.com or roundannapurna.com or jomsommuktinath.com. In fact I don’t plan to sell them, rather come up with apps, blogs etc
All ngtlds and .com.us etc type of seo domains related to trekking and handicraft I acquired because I have business in those industry and I really don’t mind paying a couple of dollars each years so that none of my competition gets those. Since I make my own website, I don’t have to pay anyone. My competitions spend even more just for one website each year. The trick now is creating good content, getting backlinks from authority websites and guest posting in good blogs with high da/pa...which i am on my way.
Again I also am in management team for an orphanage which I’ve done good seo for so I have few domains for them. Already we have a ranking informative site and another blog with latest and updated content.
I come into domain investing with a fixed budget of a few hundred dollars each year.
What do you think of my last 2 domains ?
Globalrebrander.com and fighterjetflying.com?
I may be just me but I think I m getting better at this. And this way rather than holding, I think I might be flipping some domains next year as I keep discovering new and better domains.
Lastly, as a webmaster, I wouldn’t sell some of the ngtlds like entrepreneurs.to or cafe.school or even hotels.vote , after the seo campaign, I can start making blogs or apps on them as I think they can be branded easily.
But I totally agree with you from the point of domain investor and earnestly appreciate your experience .
Thanks
