If "Zolo Express" is the name of a company currently in business in the USA, then their business name is protected by trademark law even if they did not register the trademark with USPTO. As such, they can, if they want to, file a UDRP (cost to them is around $2K + any attorney costs) and take the domain away from you. They could even sue you in court if they believe they can prove damages and it is monetarily worth it to them.

Therefore, contacting a company to sell them their own name may prove to be a bad idea. This is considered squatting. Unless you registered your domain before they even started using the name for business, you may never win a UDRP or court case. This is especially true if you contact them to buy the domain because now they have evidence that you may have bought the domain for the specific purpose of profiting from their TM.

I think the name is good for a B2B marketplace. As it is memorable and not too long. However, if you plan on developing a B2B marketplace, the name matters very little (contrary to what domainers think). The value of the site to it's users is what matters most. Many small businesses have created successful businesses/websites on crappy names. Although, non-crappy domain is always best.

Just make sure that no one else is in the same business with the name "Zolo" or Zolo Express". This would be trademark issue. But if there are other companies using "Zolo" or Zolo Express" as their name or brand, but they are not in the same business as you, then you should be legally safe to use the name as a business or brand.

As an example, "Realtor" is a trademark of the National Association of Realtors. You cannot use the word/name "Realtor" as it applies to real estate. But you could start a line of, say, light bulbs, under the brand name "Realtor" and you should be legally sound to do so.
