The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
I was informed that my account information is a fact invalid, But the only invalid or wrong information is the registrar info of my snapnames account.

Why do you ask us here? Ask Snapnames. Or give us the full detailed info.

I'd like to ask if what they did is fair?.

Full raw message.
Hello,

Your account has in fact been suspended. We are unable to fill orders to this account since invalid registration information was provided. Due to this we have suspended your account with Snapnames and have processed a refund and cancellation for the sale of ******.net.

Thank you,

Todd

Well, if the registration information was really invalid, then of course it's fair. If not - you'd better give us more details.

The SnapNames account information is valid, while the registrar information is invalid, i have no access on the email address of it.

Sorry, I do not understand what you mean.
You are not providing complete details for a meaningful discussion.

From the little information you have provided, I don't think snapnames did anything wrong, maybe my view will change when you provide more details.

Ok, so I created a snapnames account with a valid information while my registration information is invalid (like name, email, address), because they will use to the whois information of the domain when I won the domain that I wanted. So I faked the registration information while my snapnames information is totally a valid information of mine, I was wondering if, I can fake the registration information like.

Name: Domain Administrator
Email: My true email address
Address: A fake address

The obvious problem here is in Name.. You could have used a fake name, they would never know, but you used "Domain Administrator" which is not a real name.

For sake of simplicity, I always and always use my real name.
