Looks Ok, but rather dull, and nothing on the page to draw my attention. As soon as my eyes hit the page, I scanned the text, saw the contact form and left. It wasn't clear to me that your contact form was an opportunity for me to submit an offer?

Thanks, I'll change the contact form heading. Simple was my intention, but what do you suppose could be added? I had a section at the bottom that should live portals/happy clients..should i add that back?
