This is the wrong venue, start cold calling actual Travel Agencies, and services like that.
This one was acquired off the reserve list for $650 I believe in 2015, then flipped for $10K. It has an annual renewal of about $500, which is not good for a domainer, but manageable for an end user.
This one was well advertised, and documented here, surprised it is back for sale here, that is not a good sign.
No reserve...... Bad, bad call. This one just sold at nameson auction for $3k ouch
They didn't have a choice, they wouldn't have given them auction venue with a reserve, a gamble gone wrong. No reserve...... Bad, bad call.
Horrible call to even purchase it at 10k with $500 renewals without a plan (which is now apparent). No reserve...... Bad, bad call.

Very true. Too much risk at play, if I was in the same shoes, I'd have just not listed it, renewed for as long as possible got out my phone book and started dialing. A name like that, you could quote five figures to travel agencies TODAY and may even get offers if your diligent...no ones going to be going all out to find you but if you do the dirty work its a name that could garner a very nice return. The buyer who bought it....got a massive steal must have consulted Ricky Henderson.
He was trying a few weeks before the auction, he had an ad up here at namepros looking for $10K.
The people in the room, do not like premiums, they placed a disclaimer showing $500 annual renewal, that killed the sale for sure. It had to be disclosed because it was such a large number.
The .com has sat parked for decades.
Yea, I totally agree.Horrible call to even purchase it at 10k with $500 renewals without a plan (which is now apparent).
