I like the layout of the website.
My main points why I dislike the site somehow are:
- colors: lightblue, grey and red looks somehow weird together
-> I tried the normal "darkred" color and I think it looks a bit smoother.
- some posts aren't aligned
- the font is a bit pixely
- the background picture is too weak, if you want it like this, remove it completely

Blue is the main theme color. Before the header was white instead of blue and the menu was blue. The the logo pops more with the blue background. I wasn't sure what color to put for the menu so i choose darkish grey.
-What other color do you suggest? What darkened color did you try that looks smoother?
-aligned. You mean not left aligned?
-Pixely? You mean the main font the posts are written in are not clear enough?

-The background was originally all white. I am doing the site similar to viralnova.com
I purposely choose the background to be like that. I wanted it to be light and not too pronounced. When i use a dark color or image it makes the site look less spacious.

But you think just making the background all white is best?

@Zhorky Also please show me an example of a page that is not aligned and one that is?

I want to see the difference.

1. I tried the HTML "darkred" (#8B0000).
2. Not all of them are vertically perfect aligned. Already in the first row the middle one is slightly offset. When you scroll down there is another case where the blue lines aren't aligned too.
3. In means of the font seams to be not antialiased, so you see a lot of hard edges. This often happens with very lightweight fonts.
4. I dont think a white background would be best, but if you have it like this I think the grey color should go from the bottom of the image to the bottom of the site. Also try to get an HD picture, so it doesnt loop on one of the most common resolutions.

I changed to color to the darker red. Take a Look. Not sure if it's too dark?

This looks pretty good too, but maybe change the color of the search Icon to something darker or a lighter/darker grey?

It loads pretty slow for the first time, you can need to optimize for images on your site.

Godaddy was having issues with their servers so That may partly to blame for the slow loading. I'm considering a better host.
I will check for a plugin to help load images faster...

A better web hosting will give you a better performance for your website and you will loose your visitors by slow loading..

Not responsive so that's a bit of an issue. On mobile, the menu is down the page a bit and I can see the top left corner of the first image. When I zoom out far enough to see the whole pic, the text is too small to read comfortably.


Even knowing the url, I didn't really get what the site was straight away. It's just pictures with some explanations. Introduce people to what the site is.

Thanks for your feedback.
I may consider finding a new theme.. Popular sites like viralnova uses a similar design.
and being responsive is a big deal so that will influence changing theme too.

Looks good took a while to load, but the page came up instantly. Thats godaddy website builder?

Thanks, I hear a bit about the slow loading but sure how to fix that..It's Godaddy shared hosting with wordpress.

Awesome site. I used to own that name. I don't think I sold it to you, I sold it in bulk to someone else lol (hopefully you didn't pay too much kidding). Funny seeing names turn up, and always the better when they're developed, and ++ when they're spreading a good message. Kudos to you.

EDIT: And on a quick whois' (reg date/history)...I didn't own that name lol. Incredibly similar. Regardless, good stuff.
