Every inquiry now shows where it came from — organic, a marketing campaign, Dynamic Ads, or “External” for inquiries arriving outside the standard channels — in your dashboard, seller emails, and inquiry icons.
Two new options let you customize the heading above the inquiry form and the call-to-action text inside it, so the form reads in your voice.
You can now export your full inquiry history to CSV in the background, with a “View last export” button to re-download recent exports without re-running them.
