For sale, Promote only, Not for sale

The previous on/off “For sale” toggle has been replaced with a three-way choice:
- For sale — the domain is fully listed and directly purchasable, just like before.
- Promote only — visible in marketing channels and the inventory feed without a direct sale page, so every inquiry comes through you. Useful for domains where you want exposure but want to handle each conversation personally.
- Not for sale — hidden from buyers entirely, with a clear indicator on the lander.
Dashboard counts, domain-list chips, and search filters all reflect the new modes at a glance.
