I'm in process of purchasing a bitcoin related domain

I'm going to hold it for a few years. There's quite a bit of Bitcoin Debit Card companies out there (Coinkite, Xapo, Bitplastic, Anxbtc and Shift Payments) and hopefully more to come when it goes mainstream.

I did that using TESS and it made me more confused. Ok lets say a there's a company named purifIT and I buy purifyIT.com from a site like huge domains and pitch it to purifIT is that illegal?
