Good way to pitch a domain?

Even though many people think that it's a good idea to share a lot of useful information when selling your domain, it's really more important to keep it extremely short on the initial contact. You will find out who is interested in the domain and then provide additional information in your next...

various Report Completed Domain Name Sales Here

To find a 4 letter domain name under a $100 is quite an accomplishment. I would hold onto that one.

various Report Completed Domain Name Sales Here

I would have bought leadspage if it was a .com for even more than that price. That is definitely a premium domain name since you could easily start a marketing company to help others gather leads or engage with their current leads. Thanks,

Low value domain going for 5000$+ on GoDaddy

The current bid is $4,850. I agree with you that this domain is likely not worth much to the average domain name buyer; however, the market always determines the right price for a domain and sometimes luck is involved. If someone is attempting to manipulate the system, I doubt they will go...

    域名|Chinese Perspective

This is some great information. These days if you are a seller of a domain, it's almost impossible to ignore the Chinese market because it's highly likely the buyer could be Chinese.

Need SSL certificate for domain store site !!!

For a simple store like that, you should be able to have your pick at almost any of them to secure your transactions.

    question Are LLNN.net's + LLNNN.com's + .net's a good buy right now?

I would not personally invest in the .net versions of scrambled domains. I think with scrambled letters and numbers, the .com tld will be traded in the secondary market for a long time to come.

What Can I Do With This Domain - Your Advice Plz

I would personally not develop that one. It's better to find a domain name that is more marketable. For instance, if you were on the phone and asked a friend to visit deuci.com, more than likely they would ask for the spelling or you would have to provide the spelling to them. It's best to...

question Sedo Homepage Showcase Worth it For my Domains?

None of them are .com domains. I'm not sure what you consider to be premium domains but I doubt you would fetch more than $5K for all of them. So, in my opinion, they are not premium domains. I personally would suggest not wasting your money in showcasing them on Sedo. Typically, premium...

Single mom trying to get her feet wet...

If you buy domains at auctions that aren't highly trafficked and then sell domains on auction sites that are heavily trafficked, you'll do well if you pick the right domains. That's always a good tactic to throw into the mix.

    .com HA sells domains Quick.com for $299,000 & Blaze.com for $253,000

Quick.com is a great one. It's always great to track what the buyer eventually does with the domains.

discuss PJ5555.com sold $10K @ NameJet? Why? Is this a new trend?

That is amazing. I had no idea that a two character combination followed by numbers would land these kind of sales. I'm sure a lot of these domains are likely available to purchase in the open market.

    sales VPQ.com Sold for $20,300; Ipasar.com for $3,050...

It makes sense that vpq.com sold for $20K. It is a 3 letter .com domain. It's not odd to find 3 letter .com domains sell for 6 figures. The only reason this one only attracted $20K is because the v and q letters are not strong consonants.

    Is .US dead (??)

It does seem that .us has lost its popularity even in the United States. I say it it best to stick to .com if at all possible.

Best way to find a developer

You may want to try Elance or now it is Upwork. I have found a few great developers there to program several of my sites; however, be wary of low hourly rates as some of them can drag a project out much, much longer than it really calls for.

    question Flippa sluggish support?

I personally had the toughest time getting verified as a bidder. Even though I was verified, I wasn't able to bid. I kept receiving messages asking me to continually get verified. They finally fixed it, but it was a pain getting the Flippa support staff to 'truly' fix it. Once I got...
