How do I get paid for referrals?

I just visited my UserCP page to update my Signature when i saw my referrals. I have referred 2 people to NP, 1 is my blog partner and dunno who the other one is. It was written that i get credited for it. Can someone tell me what does it mean please? :) I never received anything for it :O

I don't sell stuffs on themeforest but i know that people can make huge by selling there. Envanto does not take 60% commission on all sold items. Although it starts with 60% but if the no. Of purchases of your themes get high them the reduce their commission. For example he you make a good...

i mostly use dafont to find fonts for my graphics works. But sometimes when i dont get any thing satisfying, i go out and buy some

How can I use a Photoshop design?

Its all about learning up on yourselves. That is just keep playing with photoshop and you will learn everything. Thats how i learnt :) anyways choose the slice tool and slice your design into components into links etc and then goto File>>export for web and you are done :)
