Just Received My First Offer on Sedo...

I just received an offer of $100 for f/i/n/e/a/r/t/d/e/l/i/v/e/r/y/ on Sedo. It looks as if the offer came from an account that was just created, so the guy appears to be an end user. Any tips such as what you would value the domain at, how you would counter etc.?

Dropped yesterday and just registered it now through godaddy. I'm confused though. I paid for it and it's sitting in my godaddy account, but whois says "On-hold (pending Delete)." Is it definitely mine? Appraisal value, anyone?

Why is my name being auctioned on GoDaddy?

I don't understand this. I bought a name that dropped yesterday cheaply and now I see it on godaddy auctions. It's priced close to $2,000 too. I checked my godaddy account and the whois data just to make sure I actually did buy it, and indeed I did. What's going on, and what happens if someone bids?
