Hello, On the internet i see lot of scammers trying to sell domain, or website, or to sell links on their website with fake pagerank, every day. In their offer they trying to show that pagerank is real, and they add links to tools that detect the real pagerank. That site like seomastering...

Exactly, it was redirected usign 301 redirect, then they wait after page rank update, after page rank update it got pagerank 9 (pagerank of domain where it was redirected) , then they cancel redirect,so when you chcek pagerank now, it is no redirect and it shows pagerank 9, so it looks...

You are telling crap. If you dont know how to check for real pagerank use brain, look for backlinks or go to archive.org to see if domain wasnt redirected. proof: search fuelthechallenge.com in archive.org and you get result redirect 302 to drivesmarterchallenge.org...
