    but develop it into what exactly? I'm sure there's specific outlines and do's and don't's when you want it to eventually sell to a potential buyer or domainer versus developing for a real niche, company, blog or VC/investor.

    My one word .tv domain hasn't had visitors in months (it's essentially a blank page, I've done nothing with it so far) and then alI of a sudden I got 8 visits in the last month from someone on the ISP "amazon.com inc". Conservative thinking tells me its someone browsing from their Amazon EC2...
