Network Solutions $1 .com up to 5 domains??

"We're sorry. There was a problem processing your PayPal payment. Please try another payment method" I get this error when trying to pay for a domain on network solution. I have used this paypal to make payment before on network solutions and it has funds. What could be the problem? Thanks

Are you guys paying VAT? VAT got automatically added to my order and I wrote to support about it and my order was cancelled. I thought VAT should be for EU and UK residents

Thank you for your concern. The domains I am buying there I intend to host websites on them and push the traffic to another site. I don't intend to sell the domains so I hope I am safe.
