Parking is not hopeless (My Experiences)

Hey everyone, [EDIT: And a big thanks to those that have hit the reputation button too :)] I'd like to basically take a moment to explain what processes we've gone through lately in terms of parking to maximise our revenue and ensure top dollar for our domains when they are in our portfolio...

Read this before you ask for an appraisal or register a domain!

Hey everyone, noticed there isn't a flip-side to the equation guide on appraisals. There's a guide here for Appraisers, two in fact. There's none for the people asking the questions. GUIDE: Read this before you ask for an appraisal or register a domain! A lot of people here have been asking...

    Moniker Coupon Code?

You should email Moniker and ask for a Premium Account Manager if you've got 100+ domains with them, they usually cut deals if you hold a reasonable amount of names. You get a discount off all registrations once you're put on the plan. I think I get about 65 cents off registrations or something...

Parking is not hopeless (My Experiences)

How is that biased? :) You're one of the best people to be talking about this kind of thing :) I'm sure you wouldn't be running Bodis without absolute support for the product/service you're actually providing, or you wouldn't make any money yourself!

Can I make my AdSense ads very similar to my menu links?

That looks fine. There's no issue, it's clearly an ad bar not a nav bar :)

Professional Directory submission. Only $19 for 2600 directories. Really Affordable!

Gave it a go. $19 seems reasonable. Will report on results.

    domain HardwareManual.com

I don't mind this at all, it actually makes sense and is probably amongst the Top 3 requests I've seen on here in the last week. I'd personally pay in the $xx range, but I'm cheap ;) You could probably fetch low $xxx as-is. This has really good potential for development, so look into that...

The LLLL.com sales and discussion thread

Should be cool to say now... we've just acquired OLIB.COM and RBMR.COM. These ones have been continuously registered since 1996. Any opinions on these ones or guesses at what they might sell for? :)

Would you post your dev. mini-site(s) please?

This isn't a developed minisite, it's simply a WhyPark Minisite. However, I'm pretty impressed with how well it's done here: HibiscusCoast.com, LoanBooster.com, Mowing.org, OutdoorBridal.com Not too shabby :)

    domain ProgrammersLounge [ext] dot com

Programmers are anti-social and sit in dark rooms all day. Why would they socialise in a lounge? (Calm down Programmers, it's a joke!). It's not worth a lot as-is. It needs to be developed or you need to find an end-user. Or both. As-is to an end user you're looking at low $xxx. To another...

    domain mehiv.com

$xxxxx for sure, in Zimbabwe Dollars. I can't see any real value here, and in fact I think the domain isn't really reflecting anything positive (except perhaps HIV positive - not a jab at HIV, but rather the fact that its the same as registered IHaveYersiniaPestis.com or...

    Developed : LLLL.com & 5L.com : Showcase

I really like the YFXM.com domain, nice pick up wherever you got it. Proves that occasionally "non-premium" LLLL's can be put to excellent use.

Domainer making defamatory statements against us

Mike, Your silly claims are just getting old now. I paid for Business Membership for the additional marketplace allowances. You're doing nothing other than looking stupid and offending people. I would suggest letting it go and stop being so petty. You accused longstanding members of this forum...

I'm actually debating whether to chuck up bwhy.com onto Sedo. Waiting on some more opinions about its value first though.

Domainer making defamatory statements against us

Well, after a bit of research and a lot of people sending me emails, looks like we're just one of the many to face Mike Cohen's vexatious garbage. http://f5domains.com/cohenfollowup.pdf I don't have anything else to say on this in public after finding all of this. I'm firmly of the believe...

Domainer making defamatory statements against us

Thanks labrocca, Incidentally I believe we've actually traded before for checkbet dot com (with me as the buyer) without any issue through Sedo. Appreciate the comments and advice.

    domain DNIB [dot] COM

Put it this way, I'll pay you $300 right now for it and then go flip it for $1000. It's worth $1000 give or take $200.
