    The best advice my father ever gave me, he’s a retired executive who was a master of sales. “The answer is always no unless you ask” Once you can get past the embarrassing part of asking for something that most people feel, you will level up. If you ask enough times you eventually get a yes.

    Thanks so it was 50k cash and 25k worth of art. The domain was previous a pretty big company that dealt with real estate outreach or something, they were a big deal. They shut down after a decade or so and I was typing in random domains that sound good to me one night and found their “goodbye”...
